The majority of the team at Material Architects have worked together previously and know each other well. Whilst a relatively recently formed practice, the directors have individually over 25 and 20 years’ experience in delivering award winning projects. This success has migrated into Material Architects, who have already won a series of national and regional awards for masterplanning, mixed use schemes, apartment developments and individual dwellings. Wayne sits on a number of Local Authorities Design Review Panels, including the London Boroughs of Southwark, Richmond and Wandsworth.
